IconPackager 4 发布 - 系统图标随心换

IconPackager 可以让用户简单安全地更换Windows默认图标,并有一系列图标主题可供选择.
新版本带来了全新的用户界面,并且拥有一系列与Vista相关的功能,并优化了3.2版本中的Live Folder图标功能,甚至还提供了图标换色.
